How To Build Huge Muscles: And to be perfectly honest with you the main thing that will determine how muscular you can become is your genetics.Well do not let that get you down becuase with proper eating ,rest and workout routine anyone (yes even you) can build some decent amount of muscle on your body(just do not expect to become Mr. Universe) you need to make all aspects of the muscle building formula is in place ,proper nutrition,a great workout routine,proper sleep and rest.Ihave seen many have a great workout routine but they completely lack intensity, others I have watched workout so much and so hard that they put themselves into a state of over training( you can use over training to help you you gain muscle if you use it correctly)But for right now you should be sticking to the basics.A lot of people do not realize you do not have to spend two ,three hours in the gym to build huge muscles fast,in fact it requires a lot less training than. he truth is the bigger and stronger you become,the more rest you will need beteween workouts and the actual training sessions will have to become shorter as well.The reason for this as you use heavier and heavier weights, the more stress you put on your bodies recovery system.If at the beginning stages (and even when your advance in many cases) stick to big compound movements like bench press,weighted dips(that my favorite) and squats In fact your should build your whole workout program around the squat,leg press and deadlift.Those three compound exercise are always should be the staple of your workout routine.The squat is the king of all exercises because not only does it work your legs, but also your hip flexers,glutes,and lower back and little into your calf muscle.. The squat also increases your hormonal output(gorwth hormone and testosterone)witch is a very good thing when trying to build big muscles fast. So always lift heavy,lift with intensity,concentrate on the big compound movements,eat right,eat alot,and get plenty of rest and avoid over training! |

Thanks for your input! I think that sugar and white flour products(as much as I love and hate them lol) are the main culprete for obesity and many other health related diseases.
