So most by now know How To Add Muscle Fast but just knowing how to build muscle fast is not enough,getting to the gym and doing a work out routine on a regular basis quit often gets.. well boring.

So today lets figure out how to get over that bordom hurdle.The best way to keep from getting bored is to challenge yourself ot new lifts and try new routines.Always try to better your last lifts,if you did a bench press for 10 reps last week,see if you can get 11 reps this week,or better yet see if you increaser the weight by 5 pounds(230lbs) and try for ten reps.If you have a work out partner try to challenge each other by making it a friendly contest as to can increase thier lift by the greatest amount of weight or reps.

If I feel completely bored with my workouts I will sometimes do something crazy like trying to see what weight I can rep with 50 or times.I do not recomend this all the time ,it is just a method for shaking things up a bit.So if your bodybuilding is getting boreing ,don’t be afraid to try something different and new.
